This month's Member Spotlight brings together two BCODN members — Sean Cranbury and Tiffany Moore — for a candid hour on the practice behind their work, from agentic AI to the conversations that hold teams together through change.
About the series
Meet the people behind the practice.
BCODN's Member Spotlight Series showcases the diverse experiences, insights, and journeys of our member professionals across Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Learning, and Change Management.
Each session is a candid conversation with a BCODN member who shares:
- Their professional journey
- Lessons learned from real-world change initiatives
- Career and consulting insights
- Current projects and areas of expertise
- Advice for emerging professionals
- Opportunities for collaboration and connection
The Spotlight initiative is part of BCODN's commitment to helping members become more visible, known, and connected within the community. By learning more about one another's backgrounds, strengths, and interests, we strengthen trust-based networking and create stronger pathways for mentorship, collaboration, referrals, and opportunity generation.
Spotlight One
Sean Cranbury
Founder, Sympathetic Technology
Organizational Development in the Age of Agentic AI
Agentic AI is reshaping work, leadership, staffing, advocacy, and strategy. Sean's question for us: how do organizations orient to these changes while staying aligned with their values and purpose? He'll walk through what's actually shifting —
- Understanding agentic AI — what it is, why it matters, and how it's reshaping roles, teams, and decisions
- Workforce stability — retaining talent and building capacity while roles shift
- Climate & justice — aligning with credible public strategies on jobs, communities, and the climate
- Adopting on your own terms — deciding what to deploy and keeping control of how it runs
- Resilient organizations — building cultures that stay human-centred as the work changes
"The path forward will not be determined by technology alone. It will be determined by how people within organizations choose to respond to it."
Spotlight Two
Tiffany Moore
TD Moore Consulting
Communication & Constructive Conflict Techniques
Tiffany helps individuals and teams grow by aligning core values with daily work and building leadership and communication skills. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University and brings somatic awareness into her practice as a certified yoga instructor.
For the Spotlight, she'll explore the communication and constructive-conflict techniques OD practitioners use to coach and advise leaders through friction, change, and team dynamics — sharing what's worked well, and how to scale practical tools that reframe conflict toward collaborative dialogue.
