WorkSafeBC, a respected leader in workplace health and safety across British Columbia, is looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development to join our People and Culture Division. You'll oversee the effective delivery and execution of programs, services, and processes that support departmental goals and advance WorkSafeBC's talent and leadership development priorities.
In this key role, you'll help shape and implement strategies that build strong internal talent pipelines, enhance leadership readiness, and align workforce capabilities with organizational objectives. You'll support and operationalize enterprise-wide talent development initiatives led by the Senior Manager and Director, driving programs in areas such as succession planning, leadership development, career pathing, learning pathways, co-op student experiences, and talent calibration.
