Member at LargeDr. E. Ruth Anaya is a university professor teaching in Canada’s largest graduate leadership program. She specializes in global leadership, intercultural communication, and management in multicultural and international contexts. Her work spans business, education, and healthcare, applying organizational principles to diverse professional settings. Ruth is also a researcher, author, and practitioner in international community development. She holds GLOBE research qualifications, supporting her in identifying culturally effective leadership and business strategies across countries. Peter ChoiDirector of Membership EngagementAn experienced HR and organizational development leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting organizations through culture change, leadership development, and strategic transformation. His work spans healthcare, municipal government, education, and private sector organizations. Peter has led numerous large-scale initiatives including HRIS and digital transformation projects.
