She specializes in global leadership, intercultural communication, and management in multicultural and international contexts. Her work spans business, education, and healthcare, applying organizational principles to diverse professional settings. Ruth is also a researcher, author, and practitioner in international community development. She holds GLOBE research qualifications, supporting her in identifying culturally effective leadership and business strategies across countries. With a Master of Science in Engineering and a background in project management and cultural transformation, she thrives at the intersection of new technologies and organizational change. Karla’s journey into organizational development is driven by a deep passion for learning and a commitment to helping others grow. Though not always working in core OD roles, she sees its principles as essential across all functions. Nearly a decade of volunteer work, including three years on a nonprofit board, has shaped her collaborative, human-centered approach. She lives in Vancouver with her Westie, Leon. |

With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational design across sectors. She founded Passion To Lead in Mexico City, designing programs for global firms like PwC and Saint-Gobain with a focus on female leadership and high-performing teams. Her work blends systems thinking and strategic design to align people and processes. As an OD Manager and Design Consultant, she’s supported senior leadership and organizational change. CAMERON STOCKDALEMember at LargeDr. Cameron Stockdale is an executive and researcher specializing in organizational behaviour, leadership, workplace health, and public policy. He holds a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership (Creighton), an Master of Laws in Innovation and Technology (Edinburgh), a Master of Arts in Leadership (Guelph), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Organizational Behaviour (Harvard Extension). With 25 years of frontline and leadership experience as a paramedic, he has since held senior roles across healthcare, non-profit, and academic sectors. He currently serves as Chair of the International Leadership Association’s Healthcare Community, Vice-Chair of the Executive Health and Safety Council of BC, and Senior Affiliate Professor at City University of Seattle. |
