JOE BICKSONPresidentJoe is a seasoned management consultant known for mobilizing complex initiatives that deliver strategic value. His work blends hands-on execution with a flexible style to implement new operating models, empower leadership, and drive cultural change for long-term impact. He has collaborated with stakeholders at all levels—from boardrooms to front lines—across sectors like industrial gases, steel, banking, education, and non-profits. With a background in entrepreneurship and sustainability, Joe began his career at InstituteB, later launching a venture focused on municipal waste solutions in Vancouver. He also volunteers with non-profits supporting mental health and addictions, reflecting his commitment to community well-being. | SAVAR KAURSecretarySavar Kaur is passionate about enhancing the employee experience and fostering thriving workplace cultures. With a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over five years in People & Culture roles, she approaches Organizational Development with creativity and purpose. Ruth is also a researcher, author, and practitioner in international community development. She holds GLOBE research qualifications, supporting her in identifying culturally effective leadership and business strategies across countries. CAMERON STOCKDALEMember at LargeDr. Cameron Stockdale is an executive and researcher specializing in organizational behaviour, leadership, workplace health, and public policy. He holds a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership (Creighton), an Master of Laws in Innovation and Technology (Edinburgh), a Master of Arts in Leadership (Guelph), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Organizational Behaviour (Harvard Extension). With 25 years of frontline and leadership experience as a paramedic, he has since held senior roles across healthcare, non-profit, and academic sectors. He currently serves as Chair of the International Leadership Association’s Healthcare Community, Vice-Chair of the Executive Health and Safety Council of BC, and Senior Affiliate Professor at City University of Seattle. |
