Refund and Cancellation Policies
BCODN Program Cancellations
When BCODN cancels an event or program, a full refund will be given to those who have already paid to attend.
Participant Cancellations
Evening Workshops
A refund (less a 20% administration fee of $5 minimum) will be issued for cancellations received with due notice. Notice of the cancellation must be submitted by email to info@bcodn.org and the original eReceipt must be attached. The notice must be received one full week (seven calendar days) before the date of the event for a refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than one full week prior to an event.
Full-day and Multiple-day Workshops
A refund (less a 10% administration fee of a $50 minimum) will be issued for cancellations received with due notice. Notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to info@bcodn.org and the original eReceipt must be attached. The notice must be received two full weeks (14 calendar days) before the start date of the event for a refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less that two weeks prior to an event.
Online Registration and Payment
BCODN has set up an online registration and payment system for events that is facilitated by Amilia SmartRec. All participants are requested to use this system for registering and paying for events. The system is safe and secure and enables effective event management.
