SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, TALENT MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Are you passionate about fostering a high-performance culture and igniting growth and development? As the Senior Program Manager of Talent Management, you’ll be reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development. You’ll help us to have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right time to meet our growth objectives.

In this role, in collaboration with senior leadership and others, you will research, design, develop, and implement innovative and inclusive talent management programs such as performance management, development planning, talent review, and succession planning. Program and Change Management skills will be essential. You will be an active member of the Talent Management and Organizational Development team and will work  collaboratively on shared team goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the collaborative design and development of inclusive and innovative talent management programs such as performance management, development planning, talent review, and succession planning
  • Consult with key internal partners and external vendors to determine and gain agreement on optimal solutions to meet business needs
  • Employ systems thinking to align talent management programs with overall organizational strategy
  • Use data and analytics to monitor outcomes and make evidence-based decisions
  • Contribute to the development of Talent Management and Organizational Development team and departmental goals

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (including performance management, development planning, talent review, and succession planning)
  • Applied systems thinking experience as it pertains to organizational talent management programs and processes
  • Experience supporting senior leadership development
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leaders to achieve shared outcomes
  • Expertise in Talent Management platforms such as Workday

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $95,200 to $142,800.
