A Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Series by the Organization Development Network
Participants will learn how to address diversity, equity and inclusion efforts effectively in their organizations. This program is designed to guide efforts to launch an in-house diversity, equity and inclusion effort inside an organization.
Session 3: Will wrap up the first two sessions and provide a preview of the tools from the step-by-step approach. They will also discuss “what’s next” and future implications, moving from internal DEI to external social change.
