Description:

This roundtable is focused on bringing awareness to strengths through an interactive presentation and group exercises that highlight people’s STRENGTHS and Natural Abilities. The objective is to enable a MindShift as to how we look at what is RIGHT with ourselves and each other, as opposed to what’s not working well.

The purpose of this roundtable is to:

  • explore one’s strengths and talents;
  • learn a new glossary of terms when describing strengths; and,
  • to support you in bringing strengths to your work and your organization.

Note: this roundtable is based on Gallup’s research using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. Participants can consider taking the assessment prior to the roundtable discussion, however this is NOT required.

Participants will be able to:

  • network with other professionals and strength-enthusiasts;
  • learn about the strengths tool and your unique strengths as well as other’s strengths; and,
