Part 1: The Change Canvas
Justin Balaski, founder of IdeaLeap, will provide an overview to the Change Canvas.

The Change Canvas is a deceptively simple, yet powerful tool that enables the co-creation and alignment of a change strategy with impacted stakeholders.

Gone are the days of creating big, inflexible change management strategies. The more effective approach is to create your strategy with impacted stakeholders, through facilitated sessions using big, visible canvases, and sticky notes.

The goal of the canvas is to help align people in your organization to answer the most important questions they have when change is introduced.

The canvas is completely customizable, but is broken down in different sections, each of which is a critical building block of a change strategy.

Part 2: Market Update for Change Management Professionals in BC

Soraya Savji, from Annex Consulting Group, will provide a brief overview of the latest market trends and demands for Change Management professionals in BC.
